Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year
The odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year begins in July with the UKT payment period, re-registration, and IRS filing. August is filled with New Student Admissions activities, PKKMB, and the start of classes on August 25. Academic evaluations and mid-term exams are scheduled for September–October, followed by the 180th graduation ceremony and the commemoration of Undip’s anniversary. Classes end on December 12, followed by final exams until December 24, and conclude with the end-of-year graduation ceremony.
Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year
The even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year began in January with the UKT payment schedule, re-registration, and IRS filing. February was filled with the 181st Graduation Ceremony and the start of classes on February 9th. March to April was the period for study evaluations and mid-term exams, as well as the implementation of the 182nd Graduation Ceremony. Classes ended on June 5th, followed by final exams until June 19th, and concluded with the graduation process and grade entry at the end of June.
