Public Relations Division of BEM FISIP Undip 2025
In an effort to strengthen relations among the Student Executive Boards (BEM) and expand inter-organizational networks, the Public Relations Division of BEM FISIP Undip 2025 successfully held Fisiptasi Eksternal on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro. The event served as a platform for fostering connections and exchanging new insights between BEM FISIP Undip and BEM FEMA IPB, intending to enhance collaboration, broaden organizational perspectives, and nurture a spirit of synergy among university students across institutions.
The event began at 08:30 AM (GMT+7) with a joint preparation session involving committee members from both universities to ensure all technical and logistical aspects ran smoothly. At 09:30 AM, the program was officially opened by the Master of Ceremony, followed by a prayer session and the singing of Indonesia Raya, Mars Universitas Diponegoro, Mars IPB University, and Mars Mahasiswa. This moment symbolized unity, patriotism, and solidarity among student organizations.
Warm welcoming remarks were then delivered by the President of BEM FISIP Undip and the Vice President of BEM FEMA IPB. Both speeches reflected a shared spirit of camaraderie and optimism for long-term collaboration between FISIP Undip and FEMA IPB — in academic, social, and organizational development initiatives. Following the remarks, a Company Profile video of FISIP Undip was presented, showcasing the organization’s structure, working divisions, and flagship programs. BEM FEMA IPB also shared its organizational profile and highlighted its system, work culture, and innovative student activities. This exchange of information became a meaningful learning moment and a valuable source of inspiration for both organizations in developing future programs.
The event’s atmosphere became even livelier with an interactive games session, led by the Master of Games. All participants engaged enthusiastically, creating a warm and joyful ambiance that strengthened bonds and fostered friendships among students from both universities. The session was followed by a souvenir exchange ceremony, symbolizing institutional appreciation and partnership between BEM FISIP Undip and BEM FEMA IPB — a gesture of commitment to maintaining strong relations in the future. The program concluded with a group photo session, capturing the spirit of unity and collaboration among all participants and committee members.
Through Fisiptasi Eksternal 2025, BEM FISIP Undip successfully expanded its organizational network while creating a valuable space for learning and idea exchange between students from two universities sharing a common vision of organizational growth.
