Collaboration Expo 2025: Concrete Actions of Synergy between Students, the Business World, and Scholarship Institutions

Semarang, September 25, 2025 – The Business Administration Student Association of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro, successfully held the Collaboration Expo 2025 theme “Beyond Campus: Opportunities, Collaboration, and Action.” Held at the Diponegoro Muda PKM Hall, this event was an innovation from the previous year’s program, which was only a seminar. It has now been developed into a fresher format through inspirational seminars and interactive expos.

Collaboration Expo 2025 features various tenants: companies, scholarship institutions, and student business units. Some of the participating tenants include PT. Telkom Indonesia, StartUp Level Up, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Beasiswa Unggulan, Bright Scholarship, Kejar Mimpi, and Tanoto Foundation. In addition, F&B tenants managed by students also enlivened the atmosphere, providing visitors with a wider variety of experiences.

On the day of the event, students not only had the opportunity to tour the expo, but also participate in brief presentations and live Q&A sessions with tenants. Participants gained insights into careers, scholarship opportunities, and entrepreneurial inspiration through these sessions. The committee also provided booklets containing summary information and partner contact details so students could continue communicating after the event.

The participants’ enthusiasm was very high, as evidenced by the number of visitors exceeding the committee’s initial target. Tenants had the opportunity to expand their networks while introducing their products and services, while students gained knowledge, motivation, and long-term collaboration opportunities. Not only that, Collaboration Expo 2025 also received much praise from participants and other parties. The event was deemed a “great innovation” for successfully introducing a fresh, relevant, and genuinely beneficial concept for all parties involved. For the organizing committee, this activity served as a valuable experience in managing large-scale events and enhancing communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Not only does it positively impact tenants and visitors, but Collaboration Expo 2025 also serves as an important learning opportunity for the organizing committee in managing large-scale events. With these achievements, the event is expected to continue as an annual agenda that adds value for Business Administration students and strengthens collaboration with the business world and scholarship institutions. Collaboration Expo 2025 is expected to become a sustainable agenda that adds value for students while bridging the academic and professional worlds through creative and inspiring collaboration spaces.
