Commitment to Enhanced Service: FISIP Undip Distributes Official Vehicles and Honors Departing Personnel

Semarang (27/11) – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Universitas Diponegoro, held an Employee Farewell and Official Vehicle Distribution event on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the FIMENA Auditorium, Building A, 3rd Floor, FISIP Undip Tembalang Campus. This event marked an important moment for the faculty in strengthening human resource governance and supporting the smooth operation of academic and administrative services.

The event was attended by study program and department administrators, as well as administrative staff within FISIP Undip. In his remarks, the Dean of FISIP Undip, Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin, emphasized the importance of professionalism and commitment in carrying out institutional duties. “Let us work according to our respective targets, with renewed dynamics […] A new position is a mandate […] So when we are entrusted with a mandate, we must carry it out to the best of our ability,” he stated.

The program continued with a farewell procession for the outgoing employee, marked by the presentation of a token of appreciation to Ja’far Latif, S.Ag., M.Si., who has dedicated 25 years of service to FISIP Undip. On Monday, November 24, 2025, he was appointed as Supervisor for Student Reasoning, Talent Development, and Information by the Rector of Universitas Diponegoro. This recognition serves not only as an expression of gratitude for his dedication but also as a symbolic gesture marking his transition to a new role at the university level.

On the same occasion, the faculty leadership also distributed official motor vehicles to the Heads of Graduate Study Programs within FISIP Undip. The provision of these facilities aims to support operational mobility and academic coordination between the Pleburan Campus and the Tembalang Campus.

Through this event, FISIP Undip reaffirms its commitment to enhancing administrative services, strengthening the performance of its academic community, and supporting the continued development of an effective and responsive faculty governance system.
