Semarang (15/8) — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Diponegoro University held a discussion on publishing in international journals, featuring an expert from Italy. Publishing research papers in international journals is one of the main goals for academics, researchers, and professionals. It also serves as a key measure of how universities and related institutions contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
To address this, FISIP UNDIP organized a sharing session led by Professor Valeria Paganizza, an experienced academic from the University of Parma. The event, titled “Simple Ways to Publish in Reputable International Journals”, aims to help researchers understand the complex process of publishing their work in top-tier academic journals. This session is open to anyone interested in learning how to publish research papers in international law journals, political science journals, and other reputable academic publishers.
During the session, participants learned how to choose the right journal for research publication, the importance of journal impact factor, open access policies, and how to avoid predatory journals.
